Your responsibilities in this role: * Monitoring the Field Services ticket queue * Providing local and remote support for tickets within SLA * Direct contact with customers * Installing and repairing hardware and software of IT equipment and devices * Inspections and tests for preventive maintenance * Reporting ticket status to the Service Center, including notification of ticket closure * Conducting inventory of IT and Telecommunications equipment * Maintaining and organizing technical rooms * Performing offline camera testing to restore service * Running cabling and activating services Requirements to apply: * Completed High School education + relevant courses * Knowledge of Telecommunications * Knowledge of Microinformatics – Hardware and Software * Knowledge of UTP cable, structured cabling, and twisted-pair cable * Experience in Telecommunications and customer service. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of physical cameras Our selection process will be conducted online, including interviews with Human Resources and technical interviews. Join our team!
