Godofredo Viana, 715 \- Centro, Imperatriz \- MA * Employment Type: On-site * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 1 PM to 9 PM **Compensation:** * Lawyer (active OAB registration) – Associate Contract: R$ 3\.000,00 * Law Graduate – PJ Contract: R$ 2\.700,00 * Bonus based on goals and performance * Monthly earnings with bonuses: over R$ 4\.000 * No income ceiling — growth aligned with results **About the Opportunity** A nationally operating labor law firm seeks a Junior Lawyer or Law Graduate to work on the front line of sales, assuming a strategic and leadership role within the department. This position is ideal for candidates with a commercial profile who enjoy challenges and wish to grow rapidly, taking on increasing responsibilities within operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Engage in client acquisition and closing new business * Lead negotiations and conversions (closer profile) * Support and guide the commercial team (3 members) * Monitor individual and collective targets * Organize and track the sales pipeline * Conduct follow\-ups and ensure progress of opportunities * Participate in improving and structuring the commercial process **Mandatory Requirements** * Law degree (with or without OAB registration) * Commercial mindset and negotiation aptitude * Strong communication skills and confidence in leading conversations * Organization and discipline in meeting targets * Interest in rapid career growth and assuming greater responsibilities **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in sales or commercial customer service * Prior experience at a law firm * Basic knowledge of CRM or sales pipeline management * Leadership profile or interest in management roles **Candidate Profile We Seek** An ambitious, energetic, and growth-oriented individual — someone eager to move beyond technical work and build a career centered on commercial excellence and leadership potential.
