Active management of customer relationships and customer retention * **Customer Prospecting** * Identify and acquire new customers. * Map market opportunities. * Expand the company’s customer portfolio. * **Commercial Visits** * Conduct scheduled in-person visits and/or door-to-door visits. * Present products and services. * Demonstrate competitive advantages. * **Negotiation and Closing** * Prepare commercial proposals. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms. * Finalize sales and formalize orders. * **Customer Portfolio Management** * Maintain active relationships with customers. * Conduct post-sales activities. * Ensure customer retention and repeat purchases. * **Order Follow-up** * Monitor deliveries and adherence to deadlines. * Mediate potential complaints. * Ensure customer satisfaction. * **Reports and Targets** * Complete visit reports. * Track targets and performance indicators. * Report results to the commercial management team. * **Market Analysis** * Monitor competitors’ activities. * Collect strategic market intelligence. * Suggest commercial improvements. **Required Competencies:** * Strong communication and persuasion skills * Organization and planning ability * Proactivity * Negotiation skills * Product technical knowledge * Willingness to travel.
