Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Engineering or related fields. * Experience in customer prospecting; * Expertise in negotiation techniques; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, category B; * Availability for travel; * Knowledge of Salesforce or related CRM (desirable); * Knowledge of LPG legislation (an advantage); * Must reside in Imperatriz, Maranhão. * Prospect new customers to increase the number of resellers and Ultragaz’s market share; * Identify potential customers in the operational region and qualify leads, seeking to identify and validate commercial opportunities for opening new reseller outlets; * Conduct financial analyses related to opening a reseller outlet—including assessment of initial capital, financial viability, break-even point, payback period, and first purchase—to estimate required investments and returns; * Monitor the process of opening new reseller outlets (construction, documentation, standardization, and first order) and hand over responsibilities to the Farmer Consultant; * Ensure new resellers participate in the partner’s initial training program; * Monitor compliance of the reseller’s visual identity, as well as vehicles and staff uniforms, with Ultragaz’s brand manual; * Map competitors to identify potential opportunities and gaps, thereby gaining market insight and supporting company strategy; * Monitor and manage performance indicators for the operational area (e.g., number of new businesses, volume, etc.) to ensure achievement of strategic objectives. 2512270202491936861
