We are seeking a talent for the position of **Senior Commercial Consultant.** **Let’s together transform collaboration into results.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **How You Will Contribute** Our Southern Customer Relationship Management team is seeking new talents—and you may join us as a **Senior Commercial Consultant.** In this role, you will work at the **Equatorial Energia – Imperatriz/MA** unit. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Monitoring Municipal Public Power (PPM) billing + SAAE + Public Lighting (IP); * Handling diverse demands from PPM segments; * Collecting monthly billings; * Analyzing and negotiating PPM CNRs; * Monitoring new high-voltage (HV) connection requests from PPM; * Monitoring and managing complaints from municipal governments; * Participating in institutional events; * Conducting interviews for communication channels; * Analyzing and updating HV customer contacts for PPM clients; * Holding periodic meetings with supporting departments to present process improvement analyses derived from complaints received via service channels—aiming to improve processes under your responsibility; * Organizing and motivating the regional team to engage in improvement actions for ISQP/IASC surveys; * Monitoring, analyzing, and presenting indicators in committees; * Delivering training to service channels or other departments whenever required; * Seeking improvements and opportunities with municipal governments to optimize low-income customer registration (TSEE); * Developing and monitoring action plans from management, aligned with quality tools, identifying and proposing corrections for process anomalies; * Delivering training to regional teams and other involved areas whenever required; * Organizing and ensuring regional engagement with indicators corresponding to the Equatorial Excellence Program (PEEQ). **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering * Driver’s license category B * Advanced knowledge of *Excel* * Basic knowledge of NR10 and NR35 regulations * Experience in commercial activities related to the field of Electrical Engineering **Additional Information** **Why Apply:** By joining Grupo Equatorial, you become part of a growing company whose culture values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
