Main Responsibilities: * Monitor the operation of products installed at customer sites * Analyze fleet health and propose improvement actions * Support the sales team with strategic information * Implement and follow the PDCA cycle with customers * Manage indicators and track progress of action plans * Perform configurations on equipment and systems (telematics, SSMA, etc.) * Track new features and provide feedback * Handle emergency situations (e.g., claims) * Identify opportunities for new business * Gather customer needs to enhance solutions * Analyze data for decision-making and performance improvement Requirements: * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree * Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred * Knowledge of: + Vehicle telematics + Risk management (cargo theft) + Fuel consumption and fleet analysis * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using software systems Behavioral Competencies: * Analytical thinking and problem-solving * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proactivity and autonomy * Organization and results orientation Additional Information: * Willingness to travel * Customer-facing role within the Imperatriz/MA region * Remote work option with occasional on-site visits
