Requirements: **Responsibilities and duties:** * Conduct in-person sales of tires and wheels by visiting customers and potential customers (prospects) outside the office; * Present products/services, negotiate, close sales, and build relationships within regions defined by the manager. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational and time self-management skills; * Product knowledge (tires) is desirable; * Empathy, persuasion, negotiation ability, adaptability, strategic vision, and results orientation; * Proficiency in using technology (CRM); * Valid CNH (National Driver's License) and willingness to travel. Working hours: Monday to Friday during business hours and one Saturday per month.
