Sell products and services; Receive customers, complete the vehicle checklist, record customer complaints, prepare estimates, and schedule dates and times for service execution and delivery; Contact customers to inform them of any unforeseen issues during service execution and vehicle delivery, as well as to obtain authorization for additional budget items; Explain to customers at the time of delivery all resolved issues, as well as deliver replaced parts and other substituted materials;
