Ensures machine quality through tests, frequency, and established standards. Maintains machine cleanliness and sector organization. Preserves equipment by performing corrective and preventive maintenance, as instructed by supervisors or defined standards; surfaces—whether for smoothing or spreading asphalt within established standards—controlling volume, homogeneity, supply, temperature, and other variables relevant to material application; pavement leveling, controlling water levels to ensure proper soil moisture and gravitational force on soils; soil compaction, controlling water levels to ensure proper soil moisture and gravitational force; performing cleaning, organization, drilling, and/or site preparation; transporting or handling soil, stones, sand, or similar materials; compaction, scarification, or paving under your responsibility; driving paving machines (motorized or non-motorized), dosing the application of paving material onto surfaces; operating machines equipped with one or more rollers or cylinders correctly, for soil compaction, compression, and densification; operating sheepfoot roller/rammer-type compactors correctly, for soil compaction; operating excavators (motorized or non-motorized), controlling cutting, lifting, and soil scarification commands; operating tractors or vehicles of similar size for towing other machines, performing maneuvers and driving; operating wheeled and/or tracked machinery, appropriately operating hydraulic shovel controls for removal, performing minor machine maintenance tasks such as refueling, lubrication, and cleaning of parts and components, among others; recording work progress or reporting to supervisors the areas already worked on—whether for leveling, cleaning, reporting to supervisors the need for preventive or corrective maintenance on used equipment and machines, **Requirements and qualifications** VOCATIONAL EDUCATION (SENAI OR SIMILAR) The **Allonda Group**’s purpose is to **transform the world through sustainability**! **Here, we impact lives!** Our solutions—beyond being sustainable—are planned and executed with a focus on generating shared value for people, clients, and society.
