We are seeking a candidate to serve as **Operations Supervisor**, playing a pivotal role in coordinating warehouse activities for tires, leading the team, and ensuring operational efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising the tire warehouse, and ensuring proper maintenance of the warehouse and equipment. **Responsibilities and duties** * Arrange freight with transportation companies; * Coordinate tire preparation and loading for delivery; * Supervise and lead the tire warehouse staff; * Address potential operational issues and inventory-related matters; * Ensure proper maintenance of the tire warehouse and handling equipment; * Maintain accurate tire inventory records, conduct periodic stocktaking, and report any discrepancies to management; * Continuously monitor tire inventory levels to ensure data accuracy and appropriate product availability; * Coordinate the receipt of new tires, verifying quantity, quality, and specifications to ensure compliance with standards; * Ensure tires are stored correctly, following criteria that facilitate location and order fulfillment efficiency. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment; * Strong communication skills and a cooperative attitude; * Possession of a Brazilian driver's license (Category B) is a plus; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Prior experience in warehouse or inventory operations is a plus. **Additional benefits** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance card * Basic food basket * Christmas food basket For over three decades, we have moved forward with the same essence that marked the beginning of our journey.
