If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Assignments** **Summary Description:** Operationalize procurement of services, consumable or usage materials, tooling, and others to meet identified demands, evaluating quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms, aiming to achieve established goals. **Detailed Description:** * Support identification of potential suppliers of raw materials, consumables and maintenance items, equipment, parts, or services to fulfill the Company’s demands, enabling subsequent internal recommendation for participation in bidding processes. * Conduct quotations and procure technical materials, raw materials, and services, supporting the area in technical selection processes when necessary, carrying out relevant negotiations (price, delivery timeline, freight, quality, etc.), comparing against the established budget, aiming to meet project and company needs regarding costs, timelines, and added value, in accordance with established procurement procedures and policies. * Support areas in drafting technical scopes for service contracting or technical specifications when required, participate in meetings and/or other interactions, aiming to facilitate and ensure accuracy in achieving expected results regarding timelines, costs, quality, and fulfillment. * Support procurement and contract processes—including contract termination and amendments—according to the model defined by Legal, or implementing previously validated necessary modifications, ensuring compliance with contract management procedures, performing procurement follow-up and navigating authorization levels for release, in accordance with Company regulations and procedures. * Support market research to identify and develop new suppliers of products and services to compete with current ones, aiming to reduce costs without compromising quality relative to currently used products. * Issue purchase orders after approval, executing the administrative workflow stipulated in the process and definitively transmitting them to the supplier. * Jointly validate with material and service requesters the supplier qualification and scope of the service to be contracted. * Perform delivery follow-up and intervene when necessary to ensure compliance with agreed contractual clauses. * Register suppliers in the system, as well as gather information on technical, tax, labor, safety, and compliance evaluations of suppliers, conducting basic analysis and forwarding critical topics to responsible areas. * Register materials according to internal procedures to ensure process accuracy. * Carry out assigned activities according to received planning, under the supervision and/or support of professionals with higher technical expertise or immediate manager—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution.
