Job Summary: The Credit Advisor will be responsible for analyzing, granting, and negotiating credit for small entrepreneurs, driving the growth of micro and small businesses. Key Highlights: 1. The Credit Advisor will perform credit analysis, granting, and negotiation for small entrepreneurs, contributing to the growth of micro and small businesses and improving entrepreneurs' quality of life through productive and oriented microfinance. All our opportunities are open to people with disabilities (PCD), promoting a more diverse and inclusive workplace. **Responsibilities and Duties** Activities: * Provide in-person and other electronic means of service to prospect and/or follow up with clients; * Conduct socioeconomic diagnostics at the client's activity location within the region of operation; * Prospect new clients; * Meet established performance indicator targets related to the role; * Immediate collection from delinquent clients; * Ensure customer satisfaction, thereby contributing to the institution's growth; * Manage the client portfolio; * Provide administrative and financial advisory and consulting services to the client's business (productive and oriented credit); **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); Willingness to travel between municipalities. Preferred Qualification: Experience in sales and negotiations; **Additional Information** Base Salary: R$ 2\.044,74 We offer variable compensation.
