Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and guiding safety activities at construction sites, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies, preparing reports, and promoting training. Promoting training and awareness on occupational safety **In this role, you will be responsible for:** * Conducting daily supervision of safety activities at construction sites and advising workers on best practices for accident prevention; * Ensuring procedures are executed in compliance with NRs and internal safety policies; * Preparing detailed weekly reports on construction progress, including risk analysis and compliance status; * Generating daily reports with up-to-date information on construction progress and identified safety issues; * Supporting the promotion of training sessions and educational initiatives to raise awareness about the importance of occupational safety. **Therefore, it is important that you have:** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Valid NR-35 and NR-18 certifications; * Experience supervising work-at-height activities; * Knowledge of NRs applicable to the civil construction sector; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Proficiency in basic tools for report writing and data management. **You will stand out if you have:** * A laptop; * Minimum 12 months of experience working on rooftops; * Previous experience as an Occupational Safety Technician (TST) at any AMBEV unit.
