GRSA is a company specialized in food service and nutrition, offering customized solutions for various sectors including hospitals, schools, and corporations. **Responsibilities:** Perform cleaning of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils. Carry out cleaning and pre-preparation of vegetables according to instructions and technical sheets. Assemble salads in accordance with the established menu and technical sheets. Prepare juices, snacks, and breakfast items as per the established menu and technical sheets. Assist in preparing various dishes following pre-established menus and technical sheets. Restock and replenish products at meal distribution points. Distribute meals to diners. Collect samples of finished products according to food safety procedures. Measure and record temperatures of equipment and products as instructed. Previous roles such as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Food Preparer, or Restaurant Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties of this position. Completed elementary education required.
