Teamwork and organization The SSMA Assistant is responsible for properly cleaning, sanitizing, and decontaminating Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) used in pesticide application, thereby ensuring worker safety, equipment preservation, and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Wash, decontaminate, and sanitize PPEs used in pesticide application; * Carry out cleaning procedures in accordance with technical standards, internal instructions, and current legislation; * Sort contaminated, damaged, or unsuitable PPEs and report them to the responsible person; * Maintain control and organization of clean and soiled PPEs; * Record and track PPE washes on each employee’s record sheet; * Correctly use products, equipment, and tools designated for cleaning and decontamination; * Ensure proper disposal of residual water, packaging, and waste generated during the process, in compliance with environmental regulations; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety at the workplace; * Properly wear one’s own PPE while performing tasks; * Strictly adhere to occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proactive; * Organized and disciplined; * Team-oriented. **Additional Information** * Pharmacy Card; * Transportation (Routes: Goiás – Posse, Alvorada, Buritinópolis, Damianópolis, and Mambai – GO; Bahia – Cocos to Carinhanha); * Shared accommodation; * Gym; * Meals; * Life insurance; **Partnerships:** * Agreements with universities; * Dental clinics in the regions of Cocos – BA and Mambai – GO. #### **Founded in 2000 but tracing its origins back to 1976, Santa Colomba is a Brazilian agricultural company focused on large-scale production with high mechanization potential.
