Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Harvest polycultures, strip coffee cherries, remove bean plants, legumes, and tubers, bundle cereal stalks and flower seeds, and cut sugarcane; * Plant various crops by introducing seeds and seedlings into the soil, mulching and fertilizing them with vegetative cover; * Maintain rural properties, prepare seedlings and seeds through construction of nurseries and seedbeds, with activities centered on transplanting and grafting plant species; * Carry out cultural practices, as well as prepare soil for planting. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of hand tools; * Knowledge of brush cutter operation; * Knowledge of lifeline use on slopes. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance: R$900.00; * On-site meals; * Transportation: Chartered bus; * Health plan: Unimed Santos; * Dental plan: Bradesco; * Life insurance; * Total Pass.
