Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Harvest polycultures, including coffee harvesting, removing bean plants, legumes and tubers, bundling cereal stalks and flower seeds, as well as cutting sugarcane; * Plant various crops by introducing seeds and seedlings into soil, covering and fertilizing them with vegetative mulch; * Maintain rural properties, prepare seedlings and seeds by constructing nurseries and seedbeds, with activities centered on transplanting and grafting plant species; * Perform cultural practices and prepare soil for planting. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of manual tools; * Knowledge of brush cutter operation; * Knowledge of lifeline use on slopes. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance: R$900.00; * On-site meals; * Transportation: Chartered bus; * Health plan: Unimed Santos; * Dental plan: Bradesco; * Life insurance; * Total Pass.
