This is a strategic, shift-leadership position essential to the continuity and efficiency of our operations. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and be accountable for the shift, managing deviations and incidents. * Monitor and operate boiler, water and effluent treatment (industrial ETE), compressor, and other processes. * Communicate and interface with maintenance teams, raising work orders and recording variables in the SAP platform. * Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment and systems, aligned with Bunge’s safety standards and guidelines. **Requirements:** * **Solid Industrial Experience:** Proven experience in an industrial environment. * **Technical Knowledge:** Strong technical background in boiler and utilities processes is essential. * **Education:** Technical course in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, or related fields is desirable. * **Behavioral Profile:** Proactivity, ownership mindset, maturity to solve problems autonomously, decision-making ability, and excellent assertive and empathetic communication skills. * **Operational Vision:** Ability to handle demands from both boiler and utilities processes, with strategic insight into daily shift operations. * **Availability:** Willingness to work on a 6x2 rotating shift schedule. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with industrial ETE. * Knowledge of operations in complex units.
