TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST POSITION – IMPERATRIZ/MA **Responsibilities:** × Work closely with administrators, HR managers, and departments to assess technical training requirements. × Define and communicate a training schedule in advance to key stakeholders, ensuring training sessions are implemented cost-effectively. × Facilitate training sessions and evaluate training ROI, proposing improvements. × Deliver training sessions appropriately tailored to the audience—clearly, concisely, and engagingly. × Develop and deliver meaningful in-person learning activities to support classroom content. × Demonstrate specific tasks or tool usage as required. × Supervise the implementation of training programs and ensure their effectiveness. × Compile attendance lists and maintain training participation records, assisting in maintaining these data records—including completion status, absences, etc. × Collect feedback on training effectiveness and implement improvements as needed. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Engineering. Intermediate-level English proficiency. Basic knowledge of locomotive maintenance processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Desirable: Education and skills in training and human development.
