We are seeking a Production Leader to work on-site at Park Comercial de Indaiatuba \- SP, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, under a permanent CLT employment contract. This professional will be responsible for leading receiving, inventory, and shipping operations at Why Info, guiding outsourced teams, ensuring process compliance, and guaranteeing warehouse organization and stock accuracy. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and guide outsourced teams during material inventory and organization processes. * Train and ensure correct use of internal company systems. * Monitor process execution (counting, picking, palletizing, labeling, and storage). * Ensure operational standards and procedures are correctly followed. * Define what must be assembled, disassembled, picked, or stored, providing clear guidance to the team. * Enter stock and movement data into internal systems. * Organize and supervise proper material storage. * Prepare operational and inventory reports for management review. * Identify opportunities for improvement in production and logistics processes. * Ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and standardization. * Track productivity and quality KPIs. * Directly assume operations when no outsourced team is available, ensuring continuity of activities. * Maintain constant alignment with management regarding task and process progress. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in stock control and people management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Prior experience as a team leader is a plus. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Ability to train, guide, and hold teams accountable for process execution. * Resilience. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Time management skills. * Ability to quickly learn and adapt to dynamic operations.
