In the meantime, keep your information updated and complete all online assessment steps so we can learn more about you. **Responsibilities and Duties** About the Position: * Provide service to internal and external customers; * Daily monitor the shift schedule (bate-mapa) and support authorization nurses; * Forward requests for authorized surgical procedures to the central reception at least 24 hours before the procedure; * Contact physicians and secretaries daily to schedule surgeries; * Inform internal and external customers of process status; * Participate in meetings and projects developed and implemented by the company; * Monitor departmental productivity goals; * Support authorization assistants in departmental routines and in using management systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** If delighting customers and delivering excellence in service resonates with you, the customer service area at Rede Américas is the right place for you.
