Responsibilities: * Perform store opening and/or closing procedures; * Support the store manager in carrying out administrative, accounting, financial, and inventory-related tasks; * Monitor and conduct cash register operations; * Assist in preparing the store for inventory; * Track sales performance by analyzing reports and ensuring achievement of targets; * Monitor and oversee product receipt and unloading; * Motivate and lead the store team; * And most importantly: deliver the best shopping experience, delighting and retaining more customers! Requirements: * Completed high school education; completion or ongoing enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program (any field) is considered a plus; * Experience in retail and team management; * Experience in retail and team management; * Intermediate Excel knowledge is desirable; * Strong communication skills, results-oriented mindset, and owner’s mentality.
