In the meantime, keep your information updated and complete all online assessment steps so we can learn more about you. **Responsibilities and Duties** About the position: * Conduct the admission process for patients and foreign nationals in a humanized and welcoming manner for clinical or surgical treatments, elective or emergency; * Accurately and completely register emergency and/or elective (outpatient and SADT) patient visits; * Request authorization from health insurance providers for emergency consultations, appointments, and examinations; * Correctly fill out the shift incident logbook; * Receive private invoices when necessary; * Welcome and clearly guide customers, addressing their diverse requests either in person or by phone; * Receive items from customers, physicians, and management, as well as correspondence; record receipt and forward to the intended recipient and/or inform about storage at reception; * Perform administrative tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth departmental operations; * Interact with other departments or units to gather required data or information; Other related activities. * **Requirements and Qualifications** If customer delight and service excellence resonate with you, the Reception Department at Rede Américas is where you belong.
