Teamwork with nursing staff for appropriate patient transport S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking new talent to work as a **STRETCHER BEARER**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Transport patients on stretchers and/or wheelchairs to various areas of the Urgent Care Center, such as examination rooms (laboratory, imaging), observation beds, or, if necessary, to external transfer vehicles; * Assist in placing and transferring patients onto stretchers, wheelchairs, and transport vehicles, ensuring safety and comfort—especially for patients with fractures or conditions requiring specific care; * Maintain stretchers, wheelchairs, and stretchers/carrying devices (transport equipment) clean, organized, and readily available for use; * Communicate with the nursing team to understand patient conditions and determine the most appropriate transport method, while delivering humanized, discreet, and empathetic care to reassure patients and their companions; * Verify required documentation for transport, such as authorizations and medical records. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * 6 months of experience in this role; * Experience in Emergency and Urgent Care Units is an advantage. **Additional Information** * **Salary:** R$1.541,00 + 303.60 (Hazard Pay) * **Workload:** 220 hours per month S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit institution with social and inclusive character, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, certified as a Social Organization in several states and municipalities across the federation, providing services in both public and private sectors, with a mission to serve society through humanized care in health, education, and social assistance. **Mission:** To serve society through humanized care in health, education, and social assistance. **Purpose:** To build, develop, and care with humanity. **Vision:** To be a nationally recognized institution delivering humanized services in health, education, and social assistance.
