




Job Summary: Dedicated physiotherapist specializing in respiratory and motor treatments, assessing and implementing individualized therapeutic programs with a focus on humanized care. Focus on dignified reception and life transformation **Here, we cultivate!** * *Faithful and unrestricted adherence to clinical, operational, and administrative processes* * *Collaboration* * *Daily practice of integrity* * *Integration* * *Culture of sustainability* * *Respect for each person’s unique way of being and thinking* *And, above all, caring about people* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide respiratory and/or motor physiotherapy, maintaining patent airways and mobility according to patient needs; * Assess the patient’s functional status based on concurrent clinical pathology, laboratory and imaging tests, functional anamnesis, and examination of kinesia, functionality, and synergism of involved anatomical structures. * Establish routines for physiotherapeutic care, making necessary adjustments; * Reformulate the therapeutic program whenever required; * Record physiotherapeutic prescriptions, patient progress, complications, discharge conditions, and ongoing physiotherapeutic care in the patient’s medical record; * Prepare specialized technical reports whenever requested; * Guide proper patient positioning in bed; * Record daily treatments performed in the department’s designated logbook and prepare reports; * Stimulate muscle activity and train motor coordination, as well as treat deformities and various orthopedic pathologies; * Manage pulmonary secretions and maintain adequate ventilation; * Initiate early mobilization to prevent physical deconditioning. * Train ambulation and basic functional activities to promote independence; * Assist in mechanical ventilation withdrawal (ventilatory weaning); * Perform other related tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy; * Active registration with the professional regulatory council; * Specialization in the field is desirable; * Experience in hospital and intensive care settings is desirable. **Additional Information** * Meals provided at the on-site cafeteria; * Work schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off. #### **Joining Instituto Social Mais Saúde is more than building a career—it is embracing the opportunity to positively impact the lives of thousands of Brazilians who rely on public healthcare services.** #### ***Our mission goes beyond efficiency and quality; we exist to ensure dignified reception and humanized care at every stage of the health rehabilitation process.
