Performs sanitation of utensils, equipment, and food; maintains a clean environment; and complies with food safety regulations. Supports the cook in daily routines, helping ensure speed and quality of service in the restaurant/hotel. Meal allowance value: R$ 400.00 Transportation allowance value: R$ 390.00 After gaining experience, salary increases to: R$1.848,00 + 20% hazard pay.
