Define and communicate in advance a training schedule to key stakeholders, ensuring that training sessions are delivered cost-effectively. Facilitate trainings and evaluate return on investment of trainings and propose improvements. Deliver training sessions appropriate to the audience, clear, concise and engaging. Develop and provide meaningful in-person learning activities to support classroom content. Demonstrate specific tasks or tool usage as needed. Supervise the implementation of training programs and ensure their effectiveness.
