Job Summary: Professional responsible for surveying, documenting, and developing mechanical and thermo-mechanical projects, with a focus on piping systems and layout optimization. Key Highlights: 1. As-built survey and technical documentation of piping systems 2. Development of mechanical and thermo-mechanical projects 3. Industrial layout optimization and process flow diagram preparation Survey and technical documentation. Focus on as-built documentation of product and utility piping systems. On-site measurement collection, layout development, 3D modeling, and isometric drawing preparation. Technical scope development and executive summary preparation. Ensuring compliance with technical standards and client internal requirements. Provision of mechanical and thermo-mechanical projects, including consulting services and construction site supervision. Development of projects for production line installation, fixtures, machinery, and equipment. Industrial layout relocation and optimization. Platform design, industrial piping (process and utilities), and new layout development. Preparation of piping flow diagrams incorporating process and instrumentation technical data. Technical material receipt and material management.
