Responsible for managing and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities of the fleet at units in RN, Balsas & Imperatriz/MA and Campo Grande/MS. Plan and control maintenance and equipment operation budgets. Establish and implement efficient preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs. Control operational costs (fuel, parts, lubricants, tires). Manage teams at branch locations. Negotiate with suppliers. Ensure fleet operational availability according to established targets. Control vehicle documentation (registration, insurance, inspections). Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs). Implement improvements in maintenance and operation processes.
