About the position: · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace and café area · Prepare and adhere strictly to The Coffee’s recipes and procedures · Prepare and serve snacks quickly and with care · Comply strictly with sanitary regulations · Interest in studying and improving skills in specialty coffee preparation · No experience required · 6-hour shift with 15-minute break · Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off · Tips · 13th-month salary + Vacation · Performance-based bonuses Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$10.73 per hour Scheduled weekly hours: 30 hours per week Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
