Opportunity to work collaboratively with other security professionals. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for monitoring CCTV system images to identify suspicious or abnormal situations. Conducts periodic patrols in internal and external company areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other irregularities. Controls the entry of people, vehicles, and goods by verifying documents and authorizations, preventing unauthorized access. Records entry/exit data and prepares detailed incident reports, promptly informing supervisors of any abnormalities or risks. Identifies and proactively addresses potential accident risks or situations compromising safety. During emergencies (e.g., fires, intrusions, accidents), activates appropriate emergency services and takes action to minimize damage; may also mediate conflicts. Provides guidance to visitors, suppliers, and service providers according to internal policies. Collaborates with other security professionals in more complex operations. This position requires constant vigilance, responsibility, strong verbal and written communication skills, quick decision-making ability, and preferably residence in the West Zone or Central Zone of Rio de Janeiro. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Completed high school (mandatory). * Preferred qualifications: Additional training courses in security. * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in roles such as security guard, doorman, or access controller. * Attention to detail and constant vigilance * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Quick decision-making ability in risk situations * Discipline, punctuality, responsibility, and professional ethics * Teamwork capability and discretion * Preferably residing in the West Zone or Central Zone * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays * Basic computer knowledge (e.g., operating monitoring systems, completing reports, etc.) ### **BENEFITS** * Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$ 25.00 per day * Transportation Voucher * Night Shift Premium (for night shifts) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract Type:** CLT
