We act quickly, support each other, and have fun along the way—because when you thrive, we all thrive. **What You’ll Do** * Based within the Product Design function, this position works closely with the R&D team to deliver UX design solutions across the product suite. * Works in partnership with Engineering and Product Management to translate user needs and business requirements into clear, usable, and scalable experiences. * Contributes to solving complex problems for gym operators and their members through thoughtful, detail-oriented, user-centered design. * Applies a solid working knowledge of established UX patterns, interaction principles, and design systems, adapting them appropriately to different contexts. * Plans, conducts, and supports user research and usability testing, using insights to inform design decisions and improve experiences. * Takes an iterative, evidence-led approach throughout discovery, definition, and delivery, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams. * Shares ownership of the Design System, contributing to the creation, maintenance, and consistent application of components across web and mobile platforms. **What You’ll need** * 2+ years having previously worked on complex SaaS products—similar product or vertical is a plus * Experience designing flows, predictable patterns and systems, not just webpages * You have experience working on design systems, components, React framework is a plus * Experienced in the entire product development process, with a passion for user research * Knowledge & experience in user psychology, research methodology and usage data * A track record of creating exceptional product experiences and have work to illustrate this * Proficient with Figma, Miro, Maze & Make (or similar AI tool) * Experience creating prototypes in Figma, Make or similar to test and adjust your solutions * Ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple streams of work across multiple contexts * Strong communication and facilitation skills to both elaborate and develop your design decisions at team and company level * Self motivated, optimistic, driven and enthusiastic with a willingness to constantly learn which align with our company values of #oneteam #bestlife #growthmindset **WHAT WE OFFER YOU:** * Purpose-driven company committed to transforming people’s lives through technology, with a values-based culture focused on Best Life (#bestlife), One Team (#oneteam), and Growth Mindset (#growthmindset). * Days of Disconnection—once per quarter, we take a collective pause and enjoy a day off together around the world. #oneteam * Health, dental, and life insurance. * Meal allowance—for use at supermarkets or restaurants. * Remote work allowance—you may need help with your internet bills. * Gym access subscription app. * Educational partnership with great discounts at universities, English schools, and more. * Payroll-deducted personal loan. * EAP—we provide psychological, legal, and financial assistance whenever you need it.
