




Job Summary: Nutrition internship focused on kitchen routines, diet standardization, nutritional screening, and assessment of inpatients. Key Highlights: 1. Practical experience in patient screening and nutritional assessment 2. Development of skills in diet standardization and kitchen routines 3. Supervised guidance and learning under a nutritionist Familiarize oneself with kitchen service routines, diet standardization, conduct nutritional screening and assessment of hospitalized patients using standardized forms under the supervision of a nutritionist. Perform statistical tracking of consultations. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a Nutrition undergraduate program, from the 5th semester onward; Proficiency in computer applications – Microsoft Office suite; Completion of the “Nutritional Assessment” course; Completion of the “Clinical Nutrition 1” course is desirable. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
