Job Summary: Nursing internship for medical record analysis, service verification, and assistance with training and account analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Account and claim analysis under supervision **Responsibilities:** * Analyze medical records to verify correct completion, assess clinical history, daily prescription records, medical progress notes, nursing progress notes, and multidisciplinary team documentation; * Analyze verification of services rendered, including anesthesia and surgery reports, and entry of fees relevant to medical billing, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse; * Participate in and assist with nursing training sessions, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse; * Analyze accounts and claims, assisting in preparing reports on negotiated claim adjustments, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Nursing degree program, from the 3rd semester onward; * Intermediate computer skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with the Tasy system is a plus. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM; * Subject to shift rotation. **Benefits:** * Internship stipend of R$ 991.11; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * GymPass.
