Job Summary: We are looking for a Network Technician I to provide fast and efficient service to customers, assist with inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Network Technician I to provide fast and efficient service to our customers, assist with their inquiries, and ensure their satisfaction. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES?** * Handle the entire address change process, including fiber or radio installation at the customer’s residence—from drop cable deployment to connection activation—or radio installation; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on VEX services; * Configure, update, and conduct speed tests on customer equipment as needed; * Provide support or maintenance for VEX services (VEX Mesh, Mibo Cam, VEX Fiber); * Assist the finance team by mediating negotiations and collections for delinquent customers; * Deliver payment slips and collect signatures for pending electronic contracts. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal communication skills; * Knowledge of computer science is a plus; * Willingness to travel; * Driver’s license (AB); * Flexible working hours. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Knowledge of telecommunications is a plus; * Basic Computer Science course; * Knowledge of communication networks and network equipment; * Analytical ability; * Ability to work independently; * Commitment to quality and service excellence.
