Development of negotiation and persuasion skills The Collections Operator is responsible for contacting delinquent customers to negotiate debts and offer viable financial recovery solutions, always maintaining ethics, empathy, and a focus on results. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct proactive and/or reactive collections outreach * Negotiate payment agreements and terms in accordance with portfolio policies * Update customer information in the system and record all interactions * Meet recovery and quality performance targets * Follow call scripts, compliance rules, and LGPD regulations * Maintain a human-centered service standard **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed high school education * Experience in collections or telephone customer service (preferred) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Basic knowledge of computer systems and IT **Ideal Profile:** * Persuasive and resilient * Organized * Results-oriented * Ability to handle objections Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$1\.620,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
