In 2025, we received the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for the fifth consecutive year. **Responsibilities and Duties** **i4pro + You = i4evc** Throughout your journey at i4pro, you’ll have numerous opportunities to develop, evolve, and transform—all within a collaborative and healthy work environment that values recognition, appreciation, and well-being for everyone. **Therefore, we count on you to:** * Perform testing of new features within your assigned module, as well as regression testing for customer-reported bugs requiring fixes. * Report and document the entire defect analysis process, ensuring individual and effective tracking of each identified issue. * Participate in project and support planning to fully understand assigned tasks. * Develop test plans for projects and support activities—including regression testing. * Create automated test scripts where automation is practiced at the client site. * Analyze automated test reports and provide timely feedback to developers regarding required corrections. * Design, execute, and document test cases—including evidence of results for both successful and failed scenarios. * Prepare solution delivery packages for clients. * Follow and apply established specification standards, ensuring compliance with the company’s defined quality governance framework. * Ensure adherence to scheduled timelines and meet client commitments per agreed-upon deadlines set by leadership. * Support UAT and testing activities with clients. * Assist clients with system configuration and parameterization. * Conduct system training sessions for clients. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You must also have:** ****· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related fields * Basic proficiency with Visual Studio. * Solid understanding of testing methodologies—White Box and Black Box. * Prior experience in user acceptance testing (UAT). * Agile methodology experience is desirable. * One or more certifications in testing methodologies—CTFL, ISTQB, BSTQB—is desirable. * Basic SQL knowledge is desirable. **Bonus qualifications include:** * English proficiency **Additional Information** **Our Work Model:** We prioritize our employees’ well-being, offering remote, on-site, or hybrid roles—tailored to the specific needs of the position and job responsibilities.
