Focus on visual quality, attention to detail, and organization **What We Expect from You:** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Photography, or related fields; * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop: Essential knowledge of cropping, masks, blending, color correction, and non-destructive editing; * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator: Creation and editing of vector graphics; * Digital Mindset: Familiarity with using artificial intelligence for image generation and editing; * Office Suite or Google Workspace: Strong proficiency in Docs, Sheets, and Slides; * Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Figma, prior e-commerce experience, video editing in Adobe Premiere; * English: Basic to intermediate level * **Soft skills:** Attention to detail: Ability to maintain technical and visual rigor even under high-volume production demands. Ability to quickly assess an image and identify issues such as inaccurate color reproduction or distorted perspective; * Technical Curiosity: Genuine interest in learning new tools and pursuing creative solutions; * Organization: Ability to manage files and follow established processes. * **Portfolio submission is mandatory** **Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Photo Editing and Composition: Perform photo retouching and create realistic compositions (composites) for product staging, ensuring visual fidelity and commercial appeal; * Vector Art: Create and update icons, technical pictograms, and measurement templates in Adobe Illustrator; * Video Editing: Perform basic editing of partner-provided product videos—cutting, inserting bumpers, and replacing audio tracks; * Video Production: Capture and edit new mobile-based content in a more informal style, focused on demonstrating features, benefits, and usage; * Innovation: Utilize generative AI tools to assist in background creation, image expansion, and creative workflow optimization; * Quality Control: Support monitoring of materials delivered by agencies and suppliers to ensure adherence to the company’s visual standards.
