If you identify with our purpose, register in our Talent Pool and join future selection processes! **Responsibilities:** * Support the development and maintenance of solutions on the Salesforce platform, following technical team guidance. * Perform simple adjustments to configurations, basic flows, and declarative components. * Assist in analyzing and understanding functional requirements with the team. * Support bug fixes and evolutionary improvements under supervision. * Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, reviews) as an engaged listener. * Contribute to basic technical documentation for developed solutions. * Collaborate with more experienced developers, QA engineers, and technical leads. * Follow established development best practices and project-defined standards. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of the Salesforce platform. * Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Knowledge of declarative configurations (objects, fields, validations). * Understanding of data modeling concepts. * Familiarity with web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). * Interest in learning and advancing technically on the Salesforce platform. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
