You will collaborate with product, technology, and business leadership to define appropriate mechanisms, ensuring development of scalable, reliable, and secure solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Create, maintain, and document the company's official Tracking Plan; * Participate in structuring ceremonies and coaching for business and technical SQUADs focused on Analytics; * Define and develop metric plans based on business problems; * Configure Analytics tools according to defined metric and tagging plans; * Conduct exploratory data analysis, create data-driven narratives, and clearly and effectively communicate new findings, promoting data visualization for both technical and executive audiences; * End-to-end management of Google Tag Manager (Client- and Server\-side); * Translate business requirements into technical tagging specifications (Data Layers); * Define and standardize event and property naming conventions (taxonomy) to ensure data consistency across CDP and CRM platforms (Segment, Salesforce, Braze, etc); * Ensure business rules for creating new attributes and events are followed by teams connected to the CDP; * Map data flows from source to destination; * Support development and platform teams in configuring and maintaining the CDP platform (Segment); * Identify and request customizations to the CDP platform for data ingestion and processing; * Manage Identity Resolution, ensuring anonymous IDs are correctly unified with user IDs in the CRM platform; * Governance and maintenance of cookie consent integrated with OneTrust; * Connect and enforce consent rules during data collection; * Monitor and approve new data destinations, ensuring no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) leakage occurs; **Requirements:** * Solid experience as a Data Analyst * Proven experience implementing and managing tracking and analytics for digital products (web and/or mobile); * Experience creating, maintaining, and documenting Tracking Plans, including defining events, properties, and business rules; * Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), including client\-side and server\-side implementation; * Familiarity with Data Layer and ability to translate business requirements into technical tagging specifications; * Experience with CDP platforms (Snowplow, Twilio Segment or similar) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar), including mapping of attributes, events, and data destinations; * Knowledge of event and property taxonomy, ensuring standardization across different platforms (CDP, CRM, Analytics, etc.); * Experience mapping data flows from source to destination, identifying points of collection, transformation, storage, and activation; * Experience configuring and managing Analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar); * Knowledge of data governance, particularly regarding behavioral data collection, PII, and LGPD compliance; * Experience with cookie consent management tools (OneTrust or similar) and their integration with the tracking ecosystem; * Ability to perform exploratory data analysis and build data-driven narratives, communicating insights to both technical and executive audiences; * SQL knowledge for querying and exploring data in data warehouses/lakes and BI tools; * Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborating with Product, Technology, and Business teams; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to facilitate discussions, lead ceremonies, and support squads on analytics topics; * You have experience with Identity Resolution, unifying anonymous and authenticated IDs in CDP/CRM environments; * You have experience instrumenting events in mobile applications (SDKs, Firebase, etc.) in addition to web; * You have hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, etc.) for building executive dashboards; * You have worked in high-volume data contexts with multiple destinations, requiring strict governance and quality rigor;
