We offer customized solutions to enhance companies’ human capital. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to internal users, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, systems, access rights, and IT infrastructure. Respond to support tickets by logging, tracking, and resolving user requests. Manage user accounts and email accounts, including creation, modification, and access blocking. Configure networks, equipment, and peripherals to ensure connectivity and adequate performance. Support telephony systems by performing basic configurations and first-level support. Maintain inventory control of IT devices and equipment, keeping records up to date. Manage access to systems and tools in compliance with internal security policies. Coordinate IT-related demands with vendors and internal departments, ensuring timely delivery and service quality. Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Support Analyst, IT Specialist, or Infrastructure Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Technical qualification currently in progress.
