Job Summary: Internship position responsible for campaign promotion, student support, managerial assistance, and laboratory preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting campaign promotions and providing student support 2. Supporting the manager and preparing laboratories 3. Participating in Digital Operations training programs **Main challenges as an Intern – PIRACICABA EAD CAMPUS:** * Promoting enrollment and renewal campaigns for students; * Providing online and in-person support; * Assisting the manager with departmental tasks; * Welcoming and receiving candidates; * Contacting newly admitted students; * Participating in training programs offered by Digital Operations; * Assisting students in using the Computer Laboratory; * Preparing laboratories for in-person classes and exams; * Monitoring and supervising in-person exams; **We seek professionals with:** * Completed high school or currently enrolled in undergraduate studies; * Proficiency in Excel; * Experience in customer service; * Strong interpersonal skills; **Additional Information** Work Location: Estácio EAD/Digital Campus Working Hours: 30 hours per month (Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays) Position Type: Internship Compensation: R$1.181,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Mode: On-site
