PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution will be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Sports and Leisure Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Candidates declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** Hourly **Salary:** R$ 21\.92 **Unit:** Rua JequiePlanalto \| Manaus AM \- 69044802 **Job Summary:** Teaches sports, leisure, and recreation classes at the Operational Unit, in addition to courses and lectures; supports the coordinator in planning and developing SEST's sports and leisure promotion initiatives and performs administrative tasks within the area. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETED BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only applicable for up to 180 days following degree completion). **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH THE FEDERAL COUNCIL OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION (CREF). **PROOF:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council (At the time of hiring, a “no record” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required). **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING SPORTS AND LEISURE PROJECTS FOR DIVERSE POPULATIONS. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of document rejection. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and type of service performed, along with a description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Employment and Social Security Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology correlated with that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service provision, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
