Team development and technology implementation Title: Industrial Facilities Coordinator (PCM) (Affirmative Action Position Exclusively for Women) Location: Benevides, PA Job Mission Responsible for managing utility areas (steam, compressed air, CO2 recovery, refrigeration systems), water treatment plant (WTP), and industrial wastewater treatment plant (IWTP), ensuring supply of utility inputs to consumer areas to meet production volume requirements, as well as treating effluents within specified parameters, guaranteeing equipment availability and reliability through mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and building maintenance of the unit. Main Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with the Fixed Cost budget for the Utilities, WTP\-IWTP, and Maintenance departments, and with the Variable Cost budget for the Utilities and WTP\-IWTP departments; * Ensure basic conditions of equipment and facilities through corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to meet the production plan; * Guarantee supply of utility inputs in accordance with the production plan and treatment of discharges in compliance with applicable regulations and legislation; * Seek rationalization of electricity, steam, water, and CO2 consumption through implementation of process improvement projects. * Prepare the Unit’s maintenance expense budget based on departmental priorities and needs; * Ensure safeguarding of Utilities and Water & Effluent Treatment Plant assets; * Ensure implementation of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9000, 14000, 18000\), 5S Program, Good Manufacturing Practices, and HACCP; * Guarantee technological updating of the areas by evaluating equipment and optimal methods for performing tasks; * Ensure implementation of TPM at the Unit based on company-defined strategies and procedures; * Guarantee training and capacity-building of personnel for key positions within the areas through development programs; * For Food Safety Team members, validation and preparation of studies and CCPs is the responsibility of the team member. Academic Qualifications Completed undergraduate degree in related fields.
