




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service and reception, digital support, and administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and database updating, as well as assisting with events and office maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and reception with digital support. 2. Various administrative tasks and document organization. 3. Assistance in event production and office maintenance. **Responsibilities:** Customer service and reception; digital communication via phone calls, messages, and emails. Administrative tasks including data entry, document creation and printing, material organization and cataloging, archiving, digital database updating, among others. **Additional Responsibilities:** Support in planning and setting up events held at the venue.
