Job Summary: The Collections Operator is responsible for servicing, collecting, and negotiating debts with delinquent customers, maintaining positive relationships and delivering efficient, humane service. Maintaining positive customer relationships and providing humane service The Collections Operator is the professional responsible for servicing, collecting, and negotiating debts with delinquent customers via telephone calls, WhatsApp, and/or electronic messages. The primary objective is to promote debt recovery, resolve outstanding issues, and clarify inquiries, always maintaining positive customer relationships and prioritizing humane, efficient service. **Main Responsibilities:** Conduct debt collection activities via telephone, WhatsApp, and other service channels; Formalize agreements and record all negotiations in the internal system; Send invoices, statements, and other collection-related documents; Clarify inquiries regarding amounts due, payment deadlines, and payment terms; Provide both proactive and responsive service to address customer needs; Monitor and follow up on agreed-upon arrangements until full settlement; Perform other duties related to the role and scope of work. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (mandatory); Technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields (preferred, currently in progress); Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel); Experience with collection systems or CRM software is considered an advantage; Strong oral and written communication skills; Knowledge of negotiation techniques and customer service practices. **Behavioral Competencies:** Organization and control; Empathy and active listening; Proactivity; Resilience and results orientation; Ability to handle pressure and objections. **Work Schedule:** 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** R$ 1.621,00 + commission * **Meal allowance:** R$ 15.00/day worked (after 30 days of experience); * **Dental plan** (after 90 days of experience); * **TotalPass** (after 90 days of experience); * **Starbem** (after 90 days of experience); * **Avus** (after 90 days of experience); * **Transportation allowance;** * **Career development program.** **If you believe in the power of education, this is where you belong.**
