Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Driver's license category B is a plus. Responsibilities: Provide customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, and Skype; perform remote access for outsourced printing clients to identify and resolve internal client issues; request and prepare parts and materials for external technicians; monitor open tickets from companies and their closure; dispatch external technicians to resolve client issues.
