Opportunity at a technology-sector company This position is intended for professionals with a completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, who have experience in administrative and financial routines and an intermediate level of computer proficiency, to work at a technology-sector company in São Luís \- MA. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issuance, verification, and submission of invoices; * Monitoring of contract expiration dates and administrative deadlines; * Employee time tracking; * Monthly payroll closing in coordination with the accounting department; * Tax and DAM payment tracking; * Submission of expenses to the accounting department; * Organization and archiving of all receipts (physical and digital); * Issuing warnings to employees when necessary, with immediate notification to the executive team; * Support to the executive team in administrative and compliance routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Undergraduate degree in Administration (or currently enrolled, from the halfway point of the program); * Computer proficiency: intermediate to advanced (proficiency in digital tools); * Basic knowledge of labor charges; * Experience with financial and administrative routines; * Experience in accounting, payroll, and taxes is a plus. **Additional Information** Employment type: CLT; Fixed salary; Cost-of-living allowance; Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM (on Fridays, departure at 05:00 PM) We are a human resources management consulting firm, founded and developed in Maranhão since 1995\.
