Weekly working hours: 22, with possibility of overtime. **Job Description:** **Legal Ambiental** is seeking a professional to perform administrative and financial routine tasks in the department, with focus on service billing. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issue service invoices, performing verifications and system entries * Issue, control, and send invoices * Attend to partners via telephone and WhatsApp * Support supplier payment closing * Support scheduling and payment control * Support daily bank statement reconciliation * Organize and archive administrative and financial documents * Update spreadsheets and departmental control reports **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Basic computer skills (Excel, email, and systems) * Knowledge of service billing **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in administrative and financial routines * Experience in billing * Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Sankhya is a plus) **Working Hours:** * 22 hours per week * Availability for overtime at the beginning of each month **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Fuel allowance * Unimed health plan (co-payment, after probation period) * Dental plan * Paid overtime Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1.529,74 - R$2.100,00 per month
