Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are we looking for?** The **Power BI Analyst** is responsible for the **technical construction and implementation** of the Global IT Value Metrics Dashboard in Power BI, based on **predefined metrics frameworks, governance policies, and visual designs established by the CIO’s Office**. The role is **strictly technical**, and does not include responsibility for defining metrics, targets, or interpreting performance. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Developing and maintaining a centralized semantic model in Power BI, supporting hierarchical navigation from executive level down to regional level; * Implementing best practices in data modeling and performance optimization; * Ensuring scalability for global rollout; * Integrating automated data sources (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Finance, HR, Security); * Implementing metric collection via Power Apps or Forms when direct automation is unavailable; * Configuring scheduled refreshes and monitoring; * Developing dashboards strictly according to layouts and standards approved by the CIO’s Office; * Implementing trends versus targets, thresholds, and annotations; * Implementing RLS (Row-Level Security), data quality validations, and technical documentation; * Supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolving technical issues; * Supporting pilots and global rollout from a technical perspective; * Conducting knowledge transfer to internal teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required expertise: * Experience developing Power BI solutions in corporate/enterprise environments; * Strong knowledge of semantic data modeling and DAX; * Experience integrating multiple corporate data sources; * Experience optimizing performance and building executive dashboards; * Advanced / fluent English. **Working Hours** * 06:00 / 15:00 — remote work. **NOTE:** Hey!
